ECHOS Home ‘de Landing’

The name of this ECHOS Home refers to the massive airborne operation ‘Market Garden’ which took place in this vicinity at the end of the 2nd World War. But even today it is a fitting name, because at the nearby ‘Orange’ barracks, the 11th Airborne Brigade is located. The visitors of ECHOS Home ‘The Landing’ therefore wear red barrets most of the time.
